My internal dialogue of questions: Am I lazy? Just overwhelmed? Does everyone feel this frazzled?
Eventually, I began making simple, incremental changes in my daily life that started having a huge positive impact on my productivity, organization and, ultimately, my self-esteem. I’ve been able to travel frequently, volunteer internationally, and check major achievements off my bucket list. I can’t wait to share these wins with you and support you through the best years of your life!

Hilary's Story
Five years ago, I was completely overwhelmed and frazzled by everyday tasks. I was always running late, I had a totally cluttered house, and I felt like there was never enough time to get things done. My friends seemingly floated through the day while I was left trying to catch up. The envy was real, folks. I was the picture of procrastination and adept at self-sabotaging. I assure you - it wasn’t a good look. Maybe you’ve been there. Maybe you’re there now.
If so - there’s hope! My life was about to change for the better.
I traveled to Africa.
I was able to do volunteer activities.
I have participated in non-profit leadership roles.
I was able to spend time advocating for children.
I traveled the U.S. with family in bus!
My husband was able to leave his 9-5
... all while establishing a successful career as an independent consultant.
After accepting and embracing my ADHD diagnosis as an adult, I decided to take action. After tons of trial and error, I found some awesome ADHD strategies and life hacks that helped me simplify my life, boost my productivity and finally feel successful. I can’t wait to share them with you!
Through that struggle I found many different life hacks that changed the way I managed my day and accomplished my goals. In the last year alone I’ve been able to travel internationally, volunteer for several non-profits, and start three new businesses.
I used these simple tips and techniques to achieve more than I ever imagined for myself, including financial and emotional success.
Kate's Story
It took years to re-write my story. Grab your donut of choice and have a seat while I spill the tea below.
Growing up I usually did the bare minimum, which started to eat away at my self-esteem. Everyone spoke of my “potential,” but I couldn’t motivate myself to do any better.
Once I finally began to harness the power of my ADHD so many things shifted in my life.
I traveled to 17 Countries in the last year.
I now work as a consultant.
Focused on my physical and mental health.
I improved my anxiety because I was less frazzled and more productive throughout my day.
I now act as president of my son’s high school baseball team.
I'm here to show you that ADHD doesn't have to be a disability - let’s make it work for you by harnessing your ADHD superpower!
